Version 2 · beta version

BETA VERSION: Eventable is in beta testing. These Terms are an early version and will be revised as the service develops, and before it opens to everyone. If we make a change that matters we will tell you (see section 14). Last updated: 25 October 2026 1. What Eventable is Eventable lets someone (the host) make a web page for an adult birthday, stag or hen do that other people (guests) can add challenges, photos, captions and advice to. It is run from the United Kingdom. 2. Eventable is in beta Eventable is still being built and tested, so: - Things may not work as described, may change or disappear, and the service may be unavailable from time to time, with or without warning. - Features, packages, limits and prices may change, and some things described on the site may not be switched on yet. - No card payment is taken during the beta: sites are published with a promo code. We will update these Terms, including refunds and cancellation, before anyone is asked to pay by card. - Sites and data created during the beta may be reset or deleted. If we plan to do that we will try to tell hosts first. Please download any photos you want to keep, and don't rely on Eventable as the only copy of anything that matters to you. - We may ask for your feedback. What you tell us is yours to say and ours to use to improve the service, without payment or credit. 3. Everything you post can be seen by whoever the site is open to Anything you add to a site (a challenge, a photo, a caption, a piece of advice, a name) can be seen by anyone who has the link, and the link can be shared. A Private site is only open to people who have its link or PIN, but anyone who has them can pass them on. Don't post anything you wouldn't want the host, their friends and family, or anyone else to see. 4. What you can post, and what we may do with it You confirm that you own what you post or have permission to share it, including permission from anyone who can be identified in a photo. What you post must not be illegal, hateful, threatening or harassing, sexually explicit, or show or encourage violence or illegal activity. You keep ownership of what you post. You give Eventable permission to store it, show it on the site it was posted to, process it (including sending photos to an AI service, as section 6 explains), keep backup copies, and use it to make the downloads and the after-party video for the host. We use that permission to run the service and for nothing else. 5. Removing things The host and Eventable can hide or remove anything at any time. You can delete your own photos yourself, from the same phone. If you are in a photo, or something is about you, and you want it taken down, use the report button and choose "I'm in it". It is hidden straight away (after a guest's first three requests on a site, only once the host has looked) and the host decides whether it stays down. If the host puts it back and you still want it removed, contact Eventable (eventable.vip/contact) and we will deal with it as a privacy request. 6. AI Photos you upload are sent to an AI service, which checks that the photo is safe to show and, on sites that have captions switched on, writes the caption suggestions. Captions are written automatically and can be wrong or rude by design; you can change or replace your own caption for a short time after uploading. On a Private site the check only looks for illegal content. 7. Reporting Every photo, challenge and piece of advice has a report button. Reports are checked by the host. Eventable deals with privacy requests sent to it directly. 8. Records When you agree to these terms we record that you did, which version, and when, against your browser's guest session. We may keep limited technical information about how the site is used, to keep it safe and to deal with abuse, as the Privacy Policy explains. Text you write for the party games or the dare board (a drink, a dare, a "Never have I ever" line, a dare on the board) may also be kept by Eventable in anonymised form, as the Privacy Policy explains, and used to check quality and to improve the starter cards we offer to everyone. 9. Hosts If you make a site you are responsible for what is on it, for reviewing what guests post, and for choosing the settings you are happy with, including how wild the site is allowed to get. You must be 18 or over. 10. Packages and payment A site is published on one package (Private, Party or Legendary). What a package includes is shown when you choose it, and you can move up to a bigger package later. Any prices you see are the planned prices for when card payment starts; during the beta no card payment is taken (see section 2). Before anyone is asked to pay by card we will set out how refunds, cancellation and your legal right to cancel work, and you will be asked to agree to that version. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away your legal rights. If something goes wrong with your site and we can't put it right, contact us (eventable.vip/contact) and we will sort it out, including refunding anything you have paid. 11. Private sites A Private site is open only to people who have its link or PIN. Eventable does not check what is posted on a Private site for taste, only for illegal content, and does not write captions for it. The host decides who to invite and is responsible for what is posted there. The host and Eventable can still remove anything, Eventable can close a site on a report or a legal request, and the report button works as it does everywhere else. 12. Our responsibility to you We aim to run Eventable with reasonable care and skill. During the beta it is provided as it is: we can't promise it will be free of errors, always available, or that nothing will be lost. We are not responsible for what hosts or guests post, or for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), or your rights as a consumer. 13. Ending things You can stop using Eventable at any time, and hosts can delete their site or account. We can suspend or remove a site or an account that breaks these Terms or puts people at risk, and we can change what the beta includes or bring it to an end. 14. Changes to these Terms We will revise these Terms during the beta and before Eventable opens to everyone. The version number and date are at the top of this page. When we make a change that matters we will email hosts, and we will ask hosts and guests to agree to the new version before they carry on publishing or posting. 15. Law and contact These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your local courts. Questions: eventable.vip/contact or [email protected].
